Describe the policies and procedures of the setting highly relevant to promoting kids and youthful people's positive behaviour – use the Categories below Conduct Policy•To build a positive learning environment. •To make sure kids feel secure, secure, quiet and completely happy when for school. •To ensure that kids recognise that they are responsible for all their behaviour and this there are consequences for equally good and bad conduct. •A very well behaved category will have optimum learning period.

Turmoil and incorrect behaviour•First take action would bring about a formal alert issued by teacher or TA. • Second action would mean an additional formal warning and the kid missing out on their playtime and being sent to the " take a break” room where a record can be kept showing how many times a kid receives this consequence. A regular pattern of 5 in a single term can lead to the next step. •The third formal warning means the behavioural leader becoming informed who does discuss the issue with the kid and advise parents. •Fourth, reported to KS innovator and internal exclusion and formal words to parents. •Fifth, reported to deputy head and meeting with father and mother to be built. •Final, reported to head educator and likely exclusion.
